Recover a password
➔ Go to MY IÉSEG and click on « Webmail », or go to http://mail.ieseg.fr.
➔ Type your user name (IÉSEG email address) and click on « next »:
➔ Click on « Forgot my password »:
➔ Type the characters of the image given:
➔ You should then receive a verification code in your personal email address (or mobile phone, depending on the personal data that you have registered):
➔ You will then be able to register a new password of your choice (at least 12 characters in length and must contain a character from 3 of the following 4 character sets : lower case, upper case, numeric digits and character symbols).
➔ REMINDER: Your password is unique for all your connections (IÉSEG online, My Studies, Webmail…).
